The fee for psychotherapy services is $85.00 per hour. In those instances when a client cannot pay the full fee I have a sliding scale fee between $65 and $85 per hour.

I am currently a provider on PHCS PPO Network, United Behavioral Health and Sloan's Lake insurances. Please check the back of your insurance card for the PHCS logo, or call your insurance company to confirm that they have me as a provider in their database.  Also ask if you need a pre-certification for treatment.
